Cleanilox Ultra – Advanced Liquid Anilox Cleaner
Cleanilox Ultra is a professional liquid anilox roll cleaner designed for manual cleaning in flexographic and gravure printing operations.
It is formulated to safely and effectively remove water-based, solvent, and UV inks from ceramic anilox rolls without damaging the roll surface.
Its liquid chemistry penetrates deeply into anilox cells to break down dried ink residue, helping restore effective cell volume and maintain stable ink transfer and consistent print quality over long-term use.
Beyond anilox rolls, Cleanilox Ultra can also be used for general workspace cleaning, supporting a cleaner, safer production environment.

Liquid Formulation for Manual Cleaning
Cleanilox Ultra features a liquid consistency specifically designed for manual anilox cleaning.
It is applied using melamine sponges, EcoPads, leather cleaners, or similar non-abrasive tools, depending on operator preference and contamination level.
This controlled application method allows effective ink removal while minimizing product usage and supporting safe handling.
Gentle, Non-Abrasive Chemical Cleaning Action
Cleanilox Ultra uses a gentle chemical cleaning action that penetrates deeply into anilox cells to loosen dried ink.
It does not rely on abrasive particles and does not damage ceramic surfaces when used as directed.
This approach helps preserve anilox roll integrity while restoring cell performance and print consistency.

Dilution & Usage Guidelines
- For moderate contamination, Cleanilox Ultra may be diluted with water at a 1:1 ratio
- Apply using a melamine sponge, EcoPad, leather cleaner, or similar tool
- Rub the entire roll surface
- Rinse with water for water-based inks. For solvent or UV inks, rinse using an appropriate solvent according to shop safety procedures.
- Wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth
- For heavily soiled rolls, repeat the cycle

- Ingredients include monoethanolamine, benzyl alcohol, and ethyl acetate
Cleanilox Ultra is considered low risk under normal use.
Avoid prolonged contact or inhalation, particularly in undiluted form. Protective equipment is recommended.
